TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Lumaris Photo, you agree to the following terms.
Our Services
Lumaris Photo provides professional photo preparation, passport and ID photo services, digital photographs, personalized photo printing, and related photography services. Each order is prepared specifically for the customer based on the service and photo requirements selected at the time of purchase.
Customer-Provided Photographs
Customers are responsible for submitting photographs that reasonably follow the photo-taking instructions provided by Lumaris Photo. If a submitted photograph cannot reasonably be prepared to meet the selected requirements, we may contact the customer and request another photograph before completing the order.
Passport & ID Photos
Lumaris Photo prepares and reviews passport and ID photographs according to the photo requirements selected by the customer at the time of ordering. While we take care to prepare photographs according to those requirements, final acceptance is determined solely by the government agency, institution, or other receiving authority.
Lumaris Photo does not issue passports, visas, identification documents, or government approvals and is not affiliated with any government agency.
Digital Products
Digital photographs and other digital products are prepared specifically for each customer. Once processing has begun or a completed digital file has been delivered, the order generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except where Lumaris Photo determines that an error occurred in our preparation of the order.
Printed & Personalized Products
Printed photographs and other personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Because these products are customized, they generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or contains an error caused by Lumaris Photo, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Processing & Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Lumaris Photo’s reasonable control.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct photo type, country, document, or photo specification when ordering and for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
Intellectual Property & Photo Ownership
Customers must have the right or permission to submit photographs uploaded to Lumaris Photo. By submitting a photograph, you authorize Lumaris Photo to use and process that photograph solely as necessary to fulfill your order and provide the requested service.
Limitation of Service
Lumaris Photo is responsible for providing the photography and photo-preparation services purchased. We are not responsible for application decisions, government processing, document issuance, travel arrangements, missed appointments, or other losses resulting from decisions made by third parties or receiving authorities.
Changes to These Terms
Lumaris Photo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
